Welcome to Tactical Savage (“Tactical Savage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tacticalsavage.shop, including any purchases, accounts, and communications connected to it (collectively, the “Site”). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the Site.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order with us. If you’re browsing the Site under that age, you may do so only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Site, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you’re legally able to enter into this agreement.
Your Account
Creating an account lets you track orders and check out faster. You’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, email us right away at sales@tacticalsavage.shop. We may suspend or close an account that we believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
Products, Pricing & Orders
Availability
We run limited drops, which means quantities are limited and prices, descriptions, and availability can change without notice. We may limit the quantity of any item per order or per customer.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including after payment has been processed — for reasons like suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll be refunded in full.
Pricing errors
We work hard to keep prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we’ll contact you before charging you the corrected price, and you can choose to accept it or cancel your order.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, delivery is subject to that carrier’s performance. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by the carrier or by an incorrect address provided at checkout — but reach out to us and we’ll do what we reasonably can to help sort it out.
Limited Drops & No Restocks
Tactical Savage runs limited drops. Once a size, color, or item sells out, it generally will not be restocked. Because of this, we can’t always guarantee a size exchange on a sold-out item — see our Refund Policy for what we can offer instead.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Everything on this Site — including the Tactical Savage name, logo, artwork, product designs, photography, and written content — belongs to Tactical Savage or is used with permission. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our written consent.
Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Site
- Scrape, mine, or copy data from the Site without permission
- Use bots or automated tools to place orders or access the Site without authorization
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link out to third-party sites (like social platforms). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tactical Savage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tactical Savage is registered to do business, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
